I feel so grateful to have had another session with Arthur, this time in New York City. The work is difficult, intense, but so rewarding. Ahead of time, I felt a little afraid to meet the people who had attended the Omega seminar since they had already bonded during a whole week together doing concentrated practices. However, everyone welcomed me with open arms for which I am very grateful. A wonderful group.
